The expo presents its participants with an unprecedented opportunity to showcase your strengths, innovations, products, and services to an audience specific to Life Sciences sector. One can connect and engage with potential clients, investors and industry stakeholders from across India and abroad and generate business leads.

Premier

INR 100,000

  • Clearly visible, defined and demarcated area (6m x 3m) for the exhibitor to set up their display.
  • Basic construction of the booth, including walls and floor carpet.
  • Provision of one table, two chairs, power plug, and fascia branding
  • Adequate lighting and power outlets to ensure the booth is well-lit and operational.

Standard

INR 35,000

  • Space of 3m x 2m for the exhibitor to set up their display.
  • Basic construction of the booth, including walls and floor carpet.
  • Provision of one table, two chairs, power plug, and fascia branding.
  • Adequate lighting and power outlets to ensure the booth is well-lit and operational.

Table Space

INR 10,000

(Startups & Service Providers)
  • 2m X 2m Space.
  • Provision for a standee display.
  • One 4ft x 2ft table and two chairs.

EXHIBITION GUIDELINES

STALL DESIGNS

  • Three categories of stalls namely Premier ( 6m x 3m), Standard ( 3m x 2m) and Table space ( 2mx 2m) are available.
  • For the Premier and Standard categories octanorm panels will be provided with provision for fascia titles
  • Stall customization may be taken up by the exhibitors themselves upon prior intimation to Bioconnect
  • For personally customized stalls, raw space with carpeted area would be allotted by 07:00 AM 26 September.
  • For shell scheme stalls, the stands will be provided by 8 pm on 26th September.
FLOOR PLAN

FASCIA TITLES

  • Exhibitor's name and stand number will be provided on the fascia only for shell scheme exhibitors.
  • The name will be in uniform lettering of 75 mm height and maximum of 35 characters.
  • Logos and images will not be allowed on the fascia.

COMPLETION OF STANDS

  • Display stands to be completed latest by 06:00 AM on 27 September, 2024.
  • The stands can be dismantled only after the completion of the conclave on September 28th, 2024.

BRANDING

  • The exhibitors of the BioConnect 2.0 can display their brand logo on the conclave official website.
  • Please confirm by writting, the exact website address to be used, your high resolution logo & a breif write-up of your company profile to bioconnect24@bio360.in
